This notice explains how Agent Flowcore handles personal data when you visit agent-flowcore.digital, enquire about programs, or enrol. It should be read with our cookies policy.

We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand and, where applicable, other laws that protect visitors from outside Thailand.
What we collect
Enquiry and enrolment data: name, email, optional topic, message content, organisation if you volunteer it, invoicing details, and correspondence. Program delivery: attendance, capstone submissions, and notes you choose to share in labs. Website: technical logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and diagnostics, and cookie preferences as described in the cookies policy. We do not ask you to send production credentials or your customers’ personal data; please do not.
Why we use it
To answer enquiries, issue invoices, deliver programs, maintain alumni mailing (only if you opt in or it is a reasonable continuation of a paid relationship you can leave), protect the studio against abuse, and meet accounting and legal duties in Thailand. Legal bases typically include your request to enter a contract, our legitimate interest in running a teaching studio, consent where we rely on optional analytics cookies, and legal obligation for tax records.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not lead to enrolment are kept for up to 18 months, then deleted or anonymised, unless a dispute requires longer. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for at least five years to satisfy Thai accounting practice, then reviewed. Capstone memos are kept for two years unless you ask us to delete the educational copy sooner; we may retain anonymised teaching examples only with consent. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Cookie consent records stored in your browser remain until you clear storage; we do not keep a separate server-side copy of that flag.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPA and any applicable exemptions, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and a copy in a portable format where technically feasible. You may withdraw consent for optional analytics without affecting program access. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise rights, email info@agent-flowcore.digital. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Thailand. Email, invoicing, or conferencing tools may process data on servers outside Thailand (for example, in Singapore, the EU, or the United States). Where we use such processors, we do so under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. Fonts and images loaded from third-party CDNs when you view the site may result in those providers receiving your IP address; see the cookies policy. If you join a remote cohort from another country, your image and voice on a video call are processed as needed to teach the session.
Processors and sharing
We share data with service providers who host email, accounting, or video calls, and with professional advisors under confidentiality. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Thai law or to defend legal claims. Guest instructors see only what they need to teach your cohort.
Children
Programs are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access control to enrolment files. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords or production keys through the enquiry form.
