Terms of use

These terms govern your use of agent-flowcore.digital and enrolment in Agent Flowcore programs. By using the site or confirming a seat, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or enrol.

Who we are

Agent Flowcore is a teaching studio operating from Bangkok, Thailand. Contact details appear on the contact page and in the footer. References to “we”, “us”, and “the studio” mean Agent Flowcore.

Acceptance

Using this website, submitting an enquiry form, or paying an invoice for a program constitutes acceptance of these terms and of our privacy, cookies, and refund policies. We may update these terms; the date above is authoritative. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to paid programs will be communicated to enrolled participants by email.

Programs and informational pricing

Course descriptions, schedules, and fees on this site are informational. They are not an offer to sell at checkout. A binding place exists only after we send a written confirmation and, where fees apply, after the invoice is paid or a purchase order is accepted in writing. We may decline an enquiry if the program is a poor fit, if a cohort is full, or if we cannot meet a requested private date.

Instruction is in English unless a private Instrument Bench is agreed otherwise in writing. You are responsible for your own equipment, connectivity, and any travel.

Student obligations

You agree not to share sandbox credentials, anonymised dumps, or classmate work outside your organisation without permission. You agree not to record live sessions without prior written consent. You will not upload live production credentials, personal data of your customers, or other confidential third-party material into studio tools or shared boards. If you do so despite this rule, you remain responsible for that disclosure.

Intellectual property

Site content, curricula, slide texts, sandbox catalogues, and anonymised teaching dumps are owned by Agent Flowcore or licensed to us. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use materials for your own professional learning and internal reporting at your employer. It does not grant the right to resell, republish, or teach our syllabus as your own product. Your capstone memo remains yours; we may quote anonymised excerpts in teaching only with your consent.

Trademarks of third parties mentioned in case discussions remain their owners’ property. Mention is for illustration, not endorsement.

Acceptable use of the website

You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, attempt to probe non-public endpoints, submit malware via forms, or impersonate the studio. Enquiry forms are for genuine educational interest. Automated spam may be discarded without reply.

Liability

Programs teach diagnostic literacy. They do not guarantee a change in your product metrics, ranking quality, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Agent Flowcore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the site or from applying course ideas in your products. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid program is limited to the fees you paid us for that program in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is forbidden.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to image hosts, font providers, or external articles. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Video calls for remote seats may use a third-party conferencing tool named in your confirmation email.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you. We prefer to resolve disagreements in writing first; please email info@agent-flowcore.digital before commencing proceedings.

Severability

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
